Documentation

Correct documentation is a vital ingredient for the successful shipment of any cargo. Not only does it represent a true reflection of the cargo details, it also acts a receipt for your goods whilst in transit. It also ensures smooth clearance through customs with the minimum of disruption and charges.

For letters of credit, exact documentation in strict compliance with their terms is extremely important and our high percentage of first-time acceptances with negotiating banks is testament to the care taken over your documentation.

We can prepare Certificates of Origins, certification through Chambers of Commerce and even legalisation via respective Embassies when required.

We have the expertise to prepare all required documentation on your behalf  should the need arise, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, weight lists, sight or term drafts and all other paperwork required to comply with your letter of credit.

We also hold the original letter of credit in our fire-proof bank safe. Submission of documentation to negotiating bank is always sent via courier.

Most importantly, we never forget that the documents we prepare on your behalf enable you to receive payment for your goods.

Courier Services

We have daily couriers to major international and domestic locations. Same day and overnight services are available to locations within the UK.

Status Reports

For any ongoing project we can supply weekly status reports. These reports not only assist with all current and pending orders but give an invaluable written record for future reference. They also ensure everyone connected with the project is kept fully informed on all aspects of the shipment. The efficient exchange of accurate, up to date information is essential in the fast moving modern day business world.
